He shares a tour of their epic San Juan model, a beautifully & efficiently designed 37 m² / 400 sqft home. It can be built as a park model RV, or a “tiny house” (codified term in the International Residential Code). I don’t understand what people do with their shoes and coats at the entrance of almost all tiny homes….
Due to my height 5 foot, no way can I have a microwave above the stove.
Beautiful…. and the picture over the electric box is a good idea and it’s metal so you can add a strong magnet to the picture and just stick it up… no nails needed😊
Bedrooms a little tight, I’d need more space, don’t t think I can go Tiny.
