Money to buy or build, land not yet owned with zoning to allow it, and money being saved getting spent when the car needs repairs. Everything is expensive.
My #1 concern is the fact I have no mortgage, no monthly rent because I currently own my home! Yes, I have been slowly remodeling starting with the outside coming in. It was my parents house, before that it was a rental house that my parents owned and my mom and dad both lived in it before they both passed. But it had gotten out of control as far as upkeep and maintenance so there are two rooms in the house that I do not use because they both have to be stripped down to the studs and rebuilt back up. And I just feel like it would be cheaper for me to continue to live here since I have basically already redone the plumbing. I will eventually have to replace an AC/heating unit but none of it has been one major thing that makes me go. I wanna sell my home and get what little I’m gonna get out of it before a contractor comes along and just pays me bare minimum to turn around and make anywhere Between.$100 or $150k profit off of what little they’re gonna do because of all their manpower to get it those two rooms into shave and even put in the new central heat and air. That is my concern is what I even get enough money out of my home to invest in a tiny home so that I am still debt free and the concerns that people have about lot rent. That’s still an issue as well, unless I buy my own land and put my property on it. Other than that, I would jump at the chance to move into a tiny home.
Snoring husband. Bought travel trailer with separate rooms for accomodation.
Four dogs. 😂
The cost to park it. The cost of private land. And limited places to park.
want own land and city to permit tiny house. no land rent. I would live tiny…am ready to go. Have to save money to buy land and tiny house.
Almost the same as living in a trailer park!
Space
Tiny? More like averaged size If you ask me.
Was wondering if the rent would be controlled because the rent in mobile home parks are not controlled and have gone sky high
My husband insists we need 2 toilets
I want to have garden space to grow my own vegetable garden.
Yeah, I have only one concern, I can’t afford it.
Money!😂
