  8. $750 a month in fees to live in a tiny house community in TX? That is 9,000 a year, which is what I pay in property taxes in NY & everyone complains how high the taxes are. One way or another, tiny house or regular sized home, you pay.

I thought I was alone and felt bad for not having the salary to purchase a house had made me feel like a dead end. Hearing how deciding on a tiny house and having the courage to move to a friendly community is so inspiring.
