  2. Hope youe not near a river. Creek, or damn , we know whats been.happening. how much ??? Is the rent for the lot going to stay ir will it go up every year ?? I could afford that because I pay rent 1240 a month. But how much is the tiny home.. for your washers n dryers do u charge ??

  7. How do the tiny homes do with the high winds and hail in Dallas? Is there a safe place for residents to go in a tornado warning?

  9. Best place I’ve seen to date. Well worth the lot rent price. Two observations: The fitness center would do well to have a seated elliptical for older people or people with joint issues but want to stay in shape. And, personally, I would not be a fan of the outdoor live music; I’d want to have a lot the furthest away, LOL.

  15. The lady who built that tiny home park is a fuckin badass. The fact that she had that vision and actually turned it into reality is amazing. The concrete work is also beautiful. I cant express how impressed i am with her. Well done missy❤
