Big Calm is a permaculture-guided cohousing development located in the heart of the Kootenays. In this episode, the owners, Steve and Abby, take us on a tour of their 30-acre property, where they are in the 1st phase of developing a Tiny House Community. They take us through two tiny homes that are already on the property, a glorious garden, and the future tiny home sites, which are a 1/2 acre each with an innovative docking system option. This is something we have never seen before!

Trying to figure out where this is. Why the secrecy? Slocan Park, Passmore? Looks a little bit like it might be Winlaw? Great concept but the winters in that valley snow load suck.
What is the zoning of the land that you’re on?
Whatever you do try and make
your tiny homes with a width
of 12 feet! That extra space
makes the home liveable and
spacious!❤
