  3. You don’t see spiral staircases anymore because they are inherently dangerous and do not meet codes in most localities.

  10. I loved the layout and design but hated the Rockwall, the home depot wall in the bathroom and the rock climbing wall. I thought that they were ugly and pointless

  13. I have always loved the A frame house concept, and the games room attic is very cool… I can imagine quite a few gamers falling asleep up there. The outdoor spa looks fantastic. I imagine this will become quite a lad’s weekend destination; the house has quite a strong man cave vibe and a big fridge for beer.

  17. This place is awesome. Needs a few furniture upgrades, but otherwise, I love it. If I built his, it WOLD NOT be a rental. Not even to family. I would live and retire in it. But out back, I’d probably build a stone pool and waterfall.

I think that’s amazing and if you had people with sensory needs climbing up things and they would love like feeling the wall in some of the bedrooms and you would have sensory like wall and it’s 3 days I’ll be fun climbing up the ladders different I’m dyspraxic why would love that the views the forest the climbing up the ladders great practice to climbable bladder as well a big grave fun and I love love a good bath animals uncomfortable bed with loads of good views
