That is very sad they were being taken advantage of and were not being taken care of.
All people should be able to live affordably.
I love that there are co-ops for residential tiny home & mobile home communities in Durango! It was expensive 23 years ago when I lived there, to the extent I had to move. BUT, it’s worth living there if you’re able to and such a beautiful area. Really wonderful story of this couple!

I have often wondered why people dont drop the ceiling on the first floor to give more height to the lofts.

The views in Durango are so beautiful. I really enjoyed the way you blended in the views of the scenery into this episode. The reds, blue and greens are so soothing. It’s people like these who inspire me to try tiny living.
