  1. I noticed she’s from Washington…that’s where I want to be! Seattle is way too urban, but thinking about the Olympic Peninsula. I saw that there’s a tiny home community in Port Townsend called Sea Breeze. I saw part of it a year ago and it looked a bit run down. Alaska Waggoner has spoken positively about the community so I imagine there are parts I missed. Do you know anything about Sea Breeze, or if there are other nearby communities (Sequim, Port Angeles, Gig Harbor, Anacortes…??). Thank for your channel!

  2. Gracie has it made. lol❤. Such a beautiful, comfortable and cozy home. I love the blue cabinets and the furnishings are nice. The convertible craft rolling desk is a great feature too. Love it.

  3. That quilt is stunning! I used to sew burr a brain injury. And I’m losing my eye set so can’t dew any of my crafting.

  4. 230sq feet… Yes now that’s what I call a tiny home🤗 I hope your LoT rent stays affordable for you in the years to come🙏🖤

  5. This is my dream too!! One question— what does the property owner plan to do with this land upon her death? Will she leave it to the community in some way?

  6. Thanks for the vid. What a lovely lady and tiny home. The TH is well built and has lots of great features. I like that it’s one storey & still has lots of storage. I’m not a blue person but I liked that color scheme for her. This is one of the homes featured on this channel that I would live to live in. The Bird’s Nest seems like a lovely, tight knit community too. All the best to Diana, her dog and the lovely ladies in the community. 👍💐🌸💙

  7. As a quilter I really appreciated the explanations about how quilting can be enjoyed in a tiny home. It’s the one thing I was struggling with when I was considering if tiny living would ever be for me. I like the idea of living on the first floor and using the loft for storage
