That is not 20×40. That would be 800 sq ft. It is 20×20 and looks small even for that. I lived in a trailer that was 420 ft with 2 bedrooms and a larger living room than that.
They look all the same layout inside.
I’d love one of these…but there’s no way I’d move into a community of these…as It would most likely be people of low income, and no offense, that demographic comes with predictable issue. This community would eventually turn into some kind of slum/ghetto. So yes to the boxbl….but NO to the community aspect of it.

This is done right, those other entertainment areas were exactly what tiny home communities need. But how soon does the lot rent start increasing??

Tiny lots packed in like sardines and land rent Never goes away. It’s a big no in my mind.
$300 for utilities? I would be living in a place this small on my own. I cannot imagine any scenario I would be racking up $300 in utility bills. I want to know specifically what is included because that made my eyes bug out. For some frame of reference, I live in a 1200 sq. ft home, alone, in Florida, and even during the summer, my electric bill alone doesn’t go over $30 because I’m at work most of the day and only use open windows and electric fans to cool down.
$795 is too much, incredible tiny homes in Tennessee is $200-$300 monthly plus utilities, I don’t understand why the lot prices are so much with these other communities, simply a rip-off

Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. You work for 40yrs to have $400 – 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.
