Nice. Imagine if you opened both sides doors and they could lock in place to create big glass French doors with inclosed space in the middle..and able to open at least one side to the outside aswell?
I like it from the outside but don’t care for the layout in either end.
It looks like nice finishes and the windows are great.
Ah..no. The breezeway is a huge waste of footprint.
1)There’s not enough Living space…sorry no guests, only two chairs(?!!)..
2) Way too little counter space.
3)Way too many windows..
A) they hinder furniture placement,
B) are a huge privacy liability,
C) eliminate wall space for artwork.
4) where the ladder is could be more storage & laundry
5) The loft is wasted on me, unless an elevator is installed. Besides 36” ouch!!! That’s too close.
….
If you want ‘outdoor space… add a fold down deck to the back end of the house where the kitchen is and put a door in there and take back that HUGE chunk of real estate in the middle of the house.
It needs to be able to enclose the porch for cold, snow, or inclement weather.
I like it but reverse floor plan. Shift laundry to a shed and minus several windows since it would be in a off grid property.
It has a lot of space left, why is the kitchen so small?🤔
So basically its a single wide mobile home with a hole in the middle? What am I missing? It seems like that center deck space could be better used as living space and a deck could be added on the outside on location.
Running across a porch to use a bathroom would get old the first time.
Love the kitchen design! Also, how cool would it be to convert the porch area to a greenhouse?!
That’s a great idea but bad execution… to have to walk outside always to go to the bedroom is inconvenient … plus I’d like to have a bathroom in the living room area too… And it would be better if the loft were in the living room area so I have more privacy in my bed room area… this isn’t well thought
I like this layout , if you made a sunporch with glass doors that fold all the way back into the wall . You could put in small fireplace on one wall . Also to save space use a tankless water heater with copper piping . . The layout way it is wouldn’t work if you lived where it snows . I think island in kitchen would be great too for more counter space and you could put more storage in island on both sides with waterfall edge and seating for 3 or 4 .
88k ill take 5
I love the design and how they layout everything plus the custom ideas. This would be perfect for me, my husband and our two dogs if we ever buy a house.
Does anyone else wonder when you see that layout what it would be like to go from one side to the other in the middle of night, during winter, when you are sick?
$155 is crazy! Not a good design, sorry.
Tiny home, big price tag, but gorgeous….
