The first time on her own, and she loves it! She felt the urge to expand her horizons after graduating college on the East Coast. When Taylor found a tiny house on wheels for sale on Fb Marketplace, she saw an opportunity to pursue her western mountain town dreams. Fortunately, it came with a parking spot, beautiful Hermosa Orchards Tiny Home Village in Durango, Colorado. It’s a 30 ft tiny house on wheels by Tumbleweed Tiny House Company–an ideal size for her, especially with the walk-in closet!

I think you will make a tiny house village in the future. Buy a large land.😂
Love your tiny, if I lived alone. I think I would be happy in this space. Loved the pillow on your bed about skiing 😊
$700 a month is outrageous!
nice, I see you have a very similar house as I do keep up the good work and enjoy the life experience
Sooo excited for ur new tiny home adventure! I too am from just outside philly and ina few wks will b doin life on the road in my 07 rav4 perhaps looking for a tiny home community or whatever the universe has planned for me. Love that u have the family supporting ur decisions to venture out into the world in a spot where all ur needs r being met thru ur adventurous endeavors as well as ur schooling can b done easily too. Good for u, enjoy ur winter wonderland!!!

Thanks Guys👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The loft space is very cozy
I love it!
I’m so glad that you pushed out of your comfort zone and listened to your inner voice. Change turned out to be a beautiful thing.
20 minutes in a green space lowers cortisol levels. Your hobbies and professional studies are overlapping. That’s not a bad thing at all. While $700 for lot rent may seem steep to some, you crunched the numbers and you’re coming out ahead in this season of your life. You said it well, you’re making an investment and the tiny home can be moved. It’s good to pursue dreams, even those that seem a tad uncomfortable.
Hello from Prescott, Taylor! I have seen Prescott College evolve over a lot of years! Sounds like you are loving grad school!!
Genuine question. Whats the point of owning a tiny house and moving smaller, if you’re still paying a lot in rent for the lot? And you still have a mortgage
