  1. The design is gorgeous! I wish tiny homes were legal in Ontario and Canada in general (other than as an ADU). It would be so cool to buy a piece of land and move your tiny home on it.

  2. I so desperarely want one of your tinies!! 🎉 But I’m in Germany 😢😅
Maybe there comes a time you can simply beam it over to me 😊❤

  3. Switching laundry and freezer would be nice and somehow soften the top of the ladder stair looks kinda sharp for a late night bathroom run. It’s beautiful…..

  4. this build is very realistic. If I had a house like this, I’h have a porch too, and I’d put the W/D and a full-size fridge/freezer on the porch. I’d also invest in a slide-up ceiling for the sleeping loft, so when it’s parked, the roof can be raised for headspace.

  5. I prefer not to have loft as I won’t be climbing. I also don’t like almost all tiny homes put the sink too close to the wall. I would like some counter space on both sides of the sink. I would just have a couple recliners instead of the couch. I live in a studio apartment & I sleep in a recliner. I am so tired of apartment living.

  6. This is really gorgeous and well designed in small space.
And… I bet it is super duper blight to live in for sunbeam.

  7. This is definitely one of the better modern-aesthetic tiny homes I’ve seen, inside and out, and FOR ONCE with an open central area, when so many are wretched, narrow corridors, from bad planning and over-sized appliances and funiture, so hats off to you there…but I have three criticisms: one, put the burners in a corner, and leave the center of the counter free for prep. I don’t know what it is about most tiny-home kitchens–maybe the cultural phrase, “slaving over a hot stove” making people think that that’s where most of the work happens–? But it isn’t. And not at the sink either. It’s always in PREP, and that’s where the window should be as well. Two: the head of the bed directly under a beam? Nope. One startled-awake incident, and you’ll have yourself a fine concussion, never mind the awkwardness of sexual activity. Three: the corner of the bathroom countertop is very sharp, and very close to where one sits on the toilet. As a rule o’ thumb, I don’t think there should be ANY sharp corners in small spaces, especially at eye level and knee level.
Thx for the video, it was certainly more enjoyable than most.
