Easy to knock these guys for the prices but honestly….Colorado is so expensive and its clear they’ve put a TON of work into this community. I would happily pay to live there.
Nice home for a tiny. I absolutely love those cabinets under the stairs. The sense of community and helping each other is fantastic 👏. The landscape and mountain views are phenomenal….but those prices would be a no-go for me.
