Meet Cheryl, a retiree living in a new single-level small house with a mountain view — feels like she’s living in the Seven Dwarfs’ Cottage. 💖 It’s a dream come true after her previous longtime neighborhood went seriously downhill. Her charming, modular house has 2 bedrooms and was built by Wolf Industries. They also handled all the property development work — a huge relief for Cheryl, who was leery of buying raw land. Now, she feels much more relaxed and safe. She found downsizing to be a fulfilling way to curate her belongings, keeping only those that have meaning, bring her joy, or are useful.
🏡 Specs: 57 m2 / 616 sqft – 44×14 ft / 13.4×4.3 m

Absolutely beautiful! Congratulations!
God blessed you with abundance Lady. You should know how many folks enjoyed this video. Proud you found and worked towards your goals.❤
This is the perfect size! And what a nice view!
I love this- perfect size, beautiful view!
400 sq ft is too small. I prefer 500 – 800 sq ft depending on layout would work for me.
Beautiful house. I like the size very much. I would choose the island if I needed the extra storage otherwise the table would be a great option.
“Neighbors are at a nice distance” 👍
This home is a dream! Lovely!
Everything makes sense to me except the couch not facing that view. I realize the bookcase/TV unit was meaningful, but I’m afraid I would have had to figure out how to make something work that would allow me to sit facing that AMAZING million dollar view!!! WOW! I would even figure out how to make a headboard at the foot of that bed so I could wake up every morning and see outside. It is that spectacular! Good for you!!!
I love Cheryl’s home and all of her beautiful wall hangings. Just a little bit on each wall, no more than is needed. I would also love to have her tv/entertainment center and it’s such a perfect fit for that space.
This is what life looks like when you don’t let other people tell you how you should live. Regardless of the cost, if she’s willing to pay it, it isn’t too much. Live your live on your own terms, because truth be told, no one else really matters. I wish her many, many, many happy years in her home.
Great story and home
OMG…..would love a home just like yours! 💛
Her story about a guy running her backyard and seeing the cops out front is almost identical to something that happened to me about a year or so ago. I also scared a man away who was lurking in my backyard trying to look through the bathroom window.
I can’t wait to be in a better neighborhood this time next year.
Her little home is nice and cozy looking. I love the her home is on a foundation. I’d like to see more small and even tiny homes like this on a fixed/permanent foundation.
I absolutely love your home and congratulations. Do you know where you got your moon with the stairs, I would love one for my home ❤
nice life and nice home love your decor and your adventurous story!
Love your home. Especially like the full size stacked w/d. One of my pet peeves is the wash. It needs to hold bedspreads & big loads of towels. I also want to dry inside & it not take 2 hrs. My other thing is windows for light is a must.
