Very nice home. But….I think people are getting rich off of this. $750 a month for a small strip of grass, yes, I know a few amenities. But we all have heard the stories of rates doubling overnight for no real reason. It’s happening all over the country in trailer parks. Then it seems these are creeping up to near $200,000 in the near future for under 400sq feet. (the website she was shown looking at was showing $154,000-$168,00 tiny homes) I have a lot of about .2 acres and 2000 sq feet home with 2 car garage and it would have to sell for a cool million dollars to be equivalent (more than that if you consider the size of my lot and garage). And I have no lot rent, ZERO. Just a $600/year HOA that includes trash pickup and mowing. It’s been stable for 12 years. This is getting out of hand. Seriously. I don’t know the resale value on these but I’m guessing it’s lower than a standard home. I was very interested in downsizing to one of these, but I’m losing interest FAST. I’m not a poor person, but it bothers me that people who are more financially challenged are being priced out. Plus I’m not poor because I recognize things that are NOT a good financial investment. This is quickly headed that way. Cute home, but my interest is waning. Saving on property taxes and utilities is nice but probably not enough if prices continue to escalate like they have in the last couple of years.
Very nice. We lived in a community in Del Valle. Wish we had been aware of framers village.
The first floor bedroom an back porch are awesome and the community looks beautiful. Seems like obvious opportunities for solar panels too.
I really like the layout of this homd, im from uk so it dont seem too tiny to me !
Do you have car? I don’t see any dryways..
Too much dark gray!😮
You could get a bed that lifts up with storage underneath.
Love this house! Very cute and functional. I agree that it’s easy to accumulate…I’m teased regularly about my clothes and shoe collection….would have to do some serious downsizing. I’m glad she mentioned the space beneath for storage. Tiny and intentional is the new American Dream! Who needs a bunch of stuff?!
Alexis and Christian: have any tiny homes communities popped up in the PNW? I need to find work up there before I relocate, but looking at the NW region of Washington (Olympic Peninsula, or even Anacortes). Need cool weather! Love your channel!
THIS IS A NICE MODEL FOR A SINGLE PERSON. THE GREY AND WHITE EVERY WHERE WOULD DEPRESS ME!!! I’D NEED A BETTER COLOR PALLET! I’M ALSO A SUPER ORGANIZER. I’D DEFINATELT NEED TO RE-DO THE BEDROOM CLIOSET AND UTILUZE CEILLING SPACE A LITTLE BETTER. ALSO, ADD A FEW PLANTS OR BUY NICE FAKE ONES. ALL IN ALL…I’D GIVE THIS MODEL A 9!😊😊
Would flooding be an issue? I.e. could the home be uprooted from the foundation 🤔
See though they trap you into 720 a month and then before you know the lot rent goes up until. I’d love to go tiny. But want my own lot paid for
Buy the slimmer velvet hangers they will give you more closet space
This is wicked cool
