I guess $5000, mostly due to labor costs for that many man hours.
I would just do the roof on that tiny spot, you can’t really see it anyways

It does look sharp. I like the contrast of the deep gray against the weathered siding. Now you’ve got a modern rustic look going on. 🙂 I hope to see your other upgrades… I have been fascinated with the whole tiny house movement for a good 5 years and have watched probably 100s of videos of tiny house tours. My thing is paperwork and mail. Do you even have a file to keep necessary paperwork? Not everything can be digital, and some things need to stay physical. What if you were hacked and couldn’t get your files back? Just a thought that keeps me wondering what the tiny house community does. And what if you have a hobby like “crafting?” I’m thinking it would need to be pared down to just one, and just a tiny niche. I may never go tiny because of those things, but I am still fascinated by it. >:>
