Tiny Tranquility Redwoods is a tiny house community located near the Northern California coast, just minutes from Redwoods National and State Parks. It was developed following the success of Tiny Tranquility in Waldport, Oregon. In this tour, Josh, the owner, shows us around the property as he transforms it from an RV park into a legal tiny house village with 120 sites. We’ll meet some of the full-time residents, explore the community’s shared amenities, and step inside several unique tiny homes.

I’d like to see tiny home villages where you own the land your tiny home is on. Like a tiny home condo association or cooperative. That way you don’t have a landlord that can jack up the monthly lot rental.

This property is super close to water. What is the risk of flooding? Are the people in the mobile homes still here?
I think they should do the lits differently, where it actually looks like they have a yard and it doesn’t look like a trailer park.

Great video! I like the 2nd to last home best, mainly because of all the counter space in the kitchen area. Did I miss it or how much is the HOA fee and space rent? Thanks!
Would love to learn more about the tiny showed at 2:13 with the loft accessible from the middle section and the 2 single beds/couches . I have never seen that done like that before in a loft and I think is genius 😊
I love tinies and have lived tiny for a dozen years. But I (I realize I’m a nobody) am vehemently opposed to this trend of hyping them up as short-term rentals. And opposed to this trend of preying on people who can’t find a place to park them and charging them $750 per month to cram them in at a glorified trailer park. Nothing about that is affordable – not even in California. Contrary to popular belief, not everywhere in the state is absurdly expensive.
And Mint homes aren’t so pricy because of what they contain. They’re pricy because Mint is wildly overpriced compared to every other quality, longtime builder. They make a nice-looking home, though, that’s for sure.
Please build one in Northern Nevada, maybe somewhat close to Reno. And a lots of people that would participate!

I liked Home #2. I don’t like having to go through a bathroom to get to another room like in a couple of tiny homes shown.
