  7. Lovely home but ‘smart’ houses are very toxic for human health with high EMFs (electro magnetic frequencies) whether they’re tiny or not. Along with chemicals, mold and radon, EMFs contribute to a very high toxic load from our built environment.

  9. Starting off right, when she said they are planning on moving it to their own property. Just for my own taste, I would have a hard time living in a tiny house community because I need my own space and I need to feel that I own the land. That’s just very important to me but obviously for others that is not a priority. Love their little Frenchie❤ Their upstairs bedroom is great. So many tiny homes you can’t stand up straight in the upstairs loft area. At the end she mentioned how doors and windows were the biggest piece of the budget….Oh Yes! I just replaced all my doors and windows at my cottage in Ontario and I was shocked at the price.
