She Lives in a Stunning Tiny House on Her Own Land – 10 ft wide model

Meet Hannah, a professor/scientist living in a beautiful tiny house on wheels with her sweet dog, Merlot. It’s nestled on her own land, .75 acres, in East Tennessee. She worked with her builder, Wind River Built, to customize the 10′ wide by 30′ long layout, maximize storage, and create a modern rustic interior design. Hannah has always been a minimalist, so she knew she could live tiny. But it’s the mobility and low environmental impact that really drew her to tiny home living.

  1. Hannah loves simple living in her tiny house on her own land in East Tennessee! She chose the Ocoee model from Wind River Built (linked above) and customized it to meet her & her sweet dog, Merlot’s needs. A really great example of how large 10 ft wide tiny homes on wheels live! Could you live here?? 👉 *Tour Melissa’s fairytale barn conversion 550 sqft home:* https://youtu.be/m_eTBfJxWCI?si=pykv9jNiQBzpv9j-

  2. I’m curious whether the zoning allows it. Currently, California only permits THOWs to be used as ADUs rather than primary structures. In Tennessee, what kind of zoning allows THOWs to serve as primary structures? Thank you.

  3. For almost $200K, I’m getting a real house. That is an absurd amount of money to pay for a tiny house. The cost is over $400.00 a square foot and that doesn’t include the price of the land. That is insane.

  4. Love your tiny house, dishwasher, and wood stove. My only change would have been a wedge wood blue, instead of green. I’d love to see a solar sun flower in your yard. It could be moved, but I don’t know all the specifics about them. Maybe your electric bill could be $0. Enjoy your sweet home and lovely dog. 🌎💙

  5. Whomever it was who used the word stunning to describe this custom tiny home certainly wasn’t over stating it at all !!! So tasteful and well appointed.👍🌎🍮☕️ 🇺🇸

  6. I love your home but you could benefit from a voice coach. When you make a statement, you sound like you are asking a question. Just sayin’

  7. There is so much more room than I thought. It’s beautiful and spacious looking. That sofa looks great, but it looks really uncomfortable.
