  1. Commercial for an overpriced houseboat with a $1500 a month dock fee. I don’t see getting next to nature setting in that/a marina.

  2. Such an awesome feature! We’re so glad Kevin & Amy found their perfect fit with a Waterlodge. Thank you for sharing their story so beautifully!!

  3. That boat is so plain and sterile it’s not cozy or homie at all. The blue wallpaper looks like a cheap Walmart area rug pattern. Should have gone with warm neutral tones, white and not much else really sucks in my opinion… Plain walls, it’s just so uncomfortable it literally needs like ..clutter, plants , more stuff! And how is it bit unsanitary to have your black ( crap) tank pumped out of your living room?

  4. Grey and white is sterile and depressing, not warm cozy tones and not happy color…soft yellow green plants, you need color lady! Its like you live in black and white tv! Especially on the ocean in winter it’s grey! I know as I grew up in Puget sound and it’s so grey when it’s not sunny…the inside of your house on the water needs contrast and colors

  5. Never considered a house boat, yours is absolutely GORGEOUS nest to you both ❤❤🎉🎉🎉

  6. 40′ x 14′ would be 560 sq. ft. for a boat that’s almost perfectly square, but the interior is only 350. That’s over 200 sq. ft. of wasted space; I wonder why they didn’t make the interior larger. Especially with the rooftop deck, I can’t imagine that you’d need all that much exterior space on the living level. They could’ve added a sunshade or umbrellas to the topside quite easily.

  7. THAT’S EXACTLY THE KIND OF TINY HOUSEBOAT I’M LOOKING FOR???. BUT THERE’S NO WAY I’M SPENDING 350,000 ON A HOUSEBOAT AND I can see already see that your idea to live on your boat is no way near what I’m going to do????. First of all I have no one to share the boat with?. And I’m planning on living 100% OFF GRID that basically means that once the hull hits the water it’s never coming out again and unlike you I’m not going to live my life in a Houseboat in a Slip in the Marina. And I’m thinking about a much longer Houseboat than yours and my HOUSEBOAT is going to run 100% on Solar Energy and I’m also going to have a Watermaker take the water out of any river or lake and make it 100% CLEAN ENOUGH TO DRINK AND I’M ALSO GOING TO HAVE A SEWAGE PLANT so instead of pumping out I can release it back into the river or what ever body of water. SO THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND ME, NO MORE PROPERTY TAXES OR FUEL BILLS OR SLIP FEES NO MORE HAVING TO PUMP OUT and that’s about all for now. And I’m only looking to buy a used Houseboat and their are millions of Houseboats worldwide

  8. What a beautiful houseboat! It looks super cool on the outside and the interior is really well done. Nice windows and overall quality. ❤😊

  9. Nice home. I would add a mini bar and drink fridge on the sun deck. Also, shade poles for a shade up there to. I could definitely be comfortable living on that boat.

  10. I can’t swim, but living on a houseboat would be great. I love water, I think it’s mentally healing. I have 3ponds on my 1 acre land, so this as close as I will get 😂😂😂

  11. It’s beautiful but $1,000 per square foot of living space – and then 800 a month to park? Not gonna work for normal people looking to save money with a tiny house.
