  1. I watch tiny home vids all the time. I’m 65, with mobility issues so I doubt I’m going tiny, but if I were to go tiny, this would be my ideal . Thanks for the tour! Your home is chef’s 💋

  2. One of the best designed tinys I’v seen. I see so many pluses for me. Also, I like her presentation of why and how she went tiny – – my great grands are her grands ages – – so I have a lot more stuff to get rid of.

  3. To clarify for everyone saying my Tiny home is 450 sq feet….My Tiny home is 399 sq feet. You only include living space! The sq footage is based on livable space! My front side porch that makes it 15 wide is not livable space. So yes it is a TINY home and I do not have property taxes. The lot rent includes lawn care, water, trash removal, tons of amenities, 2 pools, huge courtyard, laundry room, park for kids, dog parks, walking trails, community center, free Saturday morning breakfast weekly at community center, residents weekly events at community center.

  4. Lot rent will increase over the years without any control, as will utilities. This manufactured home is a depreciating asset, unlike a condo or a single family home. It will deteriorate over time (as all homes do, but trailers do it faster) and be worth less every year, while the property could be used for anything, at any time. You don’t own the property. You won’t be able to easily move it to another location. I sincerely hope you have a pension and investments that can keep up with the anticipated costs. This is not a “forever home” once you become disabled. Almost all of us will go through a phase of being disabled before we die. You gotta live somewhere at that point. Make sure you have a plan for that.

  5. It the perfect way to live went your getting older and alone beautiful house I like it

  6. Way too expensive lot rent. If it included all utilities too like internet water garbage sewer electric then maybe. America is way too expensive no where to live if you are poor low income or don’t want to spend so much money just to live. Myself and many will have to move out of usa

  7. Not only is her tiny home gorgeous (I absolutely love everything about it), she is an outstanding narrator. The way she goes into detail about not only the extra costs of setting up a tiny home but little tricks like the 2 Sleep Number Beds to make one King Size Bed which is shorter to leave more room. She should consider doing this as a living. ❤️

  8. LOVELY!! A lot of smart and practical ideas. Sooo glad you are happy and content!!💜💜💜

  9. I love your taste in decorating you made great choices and I could see myself living in this tiny home. I a 3 bedroom 2 full bathrooms bungalow and think about going to a tiny home but think I could never live in one of those they are to small. Love the upgrades you made I would of done the same.

  10. Beautiful tiny home. Just a suggestion. Get some BACKYARD CUTTER from Home Depot. Spray it all around you lawn, Uber you porch, on the porch, around the doors window. You can even spray bushes trees. Spray anywhere they would hide. Get the one you attach a water hose to. I would get 2 due to how bad the mosquitoes already are here in Texas. Get a can as well to spray your porches just whenever. Off has a candle that will cover about a fifteen foot radius. I did my parents backyard and front yard , doors, bushes and they didn’t get mosquitoes.

  11. I could be very happy in an exact replica of your home! But with a washer and dryer.

  12. I wish they had tiny house communities in NYC..I love everything about her house. She gave such detailed information that others don’t.

  13. I love this tiny home. I would change the bed to a single and add the washer/dryer and remove the eat sign and the storage below the TV as well as the TV. But otherwise, me and my toddler would move in straight away!
