  3. Remember, tiny home sq. footage calculations does not include the loft area(s). Lofts are many times the bedroom/sleeping area or storage areas in tiny homes. I like this lady’s tiny home. I would like to live in similar. I like that her community is regular people, not a “homeless community” full of whacK jobs, addicts– but those are micro-home communities, not tiny home communities.

  4. This is a great community. The downfall is the HOA is as much as my house payment right now so she isnt saving anything in monthly fees, but saving time in her cleaning routine.

  13. I love the layout. The “attic” is awesome. I would add a back patio off the bedroom with an outside shower. The front porch would have a dinning area for me also. The parking area would have gas and charcoal grilling. Plus, I would have a massive container garden around my house. This is an inspiration. Thank you for Chering. Sharing. Darn gay spellcheck. LOL.
