I think we all need to know who Shelly’s builder was!
The costs seem to be making of this out of reach. When Jay started tumbleweed Tiny house, it was still less money than now. I get it time has gone by and costs are forever on the rise. It is the lot rentals, even in my area of nothing and not even close to anything, they are asking $600 – $800. No amenities other than electric and sewer. That is for a 10′ x 50′ pad. If you want internet and more than 5 feet from your neighbor plus proximity to something other than the usual lost souls, get ready to pay $900 plus with no internet and possible no electric. I’ll just say they, those powers and individuals , are trying to make affordable housing impossible.

Nico’s home is a true definition of Tiny LUXURY!!!!
The best one out of the five is #2. You can’t beat it, especially with the top deck! But, I would make the loft taller, put in a skylight, and sleep there.
To make it even much better, place an extra toilet! When you have a guest or more, to me it’s almost a must.
The first home is my favorite! Definitely liveable.
