I like it But Id have a tiny like this in the woods on my own property not in a community , for privacy reasons with those large windows I wouldn’t want people looking in, One never knows .

Neovita kind of takes advantage unless you own the lot too and No rent is involved than it would be a great deal for 330k Because I have seen better ones and even with 2 bedrooms for less or maybe is in the UK where they don’t take advantage 😂😂
I wonder why they chose “GemenskÄp” as their name. It’s not a word in any language. Gemenskap though, litterally means community in swedish. Maybe they chose to spell it with Ä as a reference to the nordic language.

I think this is wonderful, but like many, its unaffordable.
My wish is to create an affordable series of small home communities that are limited to an $80 – $150k range. Im trying to develope an innovative financial mechanism that is more inclusive of lower income ranges. Still a long way off, but thats my life intent.
Very nice. I personally would want a TV (love my sports) and maybe a little more privacy at night with the windows. Quite expensive tho.
Oh yeah thats the owner who was on another video thats how he retired. I did wonder how much the other places were. Colorado is beautiful yet that small home is expensive. I wonder how young people can afford that.
So the couch needs to go against the wall , (the brown accent wall)and the, foot rest/ottoman (or is that one piece, that cannot be reversed? If so scratch my suggestion and forgive me 😢) at the end of the couch should be next to the windows at the end of where the couch ends, that way there is a pathway between the barstools and everyone can actually sit on the couch, barstools, see out the windows and walk around . Additionally, when cooking in the kitchen, you can see out of the kitchen too. Move the couch.
To help combat the housing shortage, the U.S. state of Washington House Bill 1443 authorizes year round legal parking of RV’s, tiny houses on wheels & accessary dwelling units in urban areas as long as proper utilies are provided
I’m glad that housing is way more affordable here than there for what they paid I could get a house and twenty or more acres
